Registration

All registrations are processed in the order they are received. Registrations will be accepted until the class is full or the end of the first week of class, whichever comes first.

Class confirmations: After your order is processed, you will receive an email from Terpsichora Ballet School confirming your registration. This email also serves as the receipt for your payment. Please keep the receipt if you wish to have one for your records.

Returned checks: A $25 service charge will be attached to any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.

Late registration: For registration after the beginning of the first class in a series of classes, we add a $25 late registration fee to the original class fee.

Observing Class

Out of respect for the students and teacher and to maintain class focus and decorum, parents and other guests must wait for students on the benches near the front door of the studio. Parents are not to interfere with instruction in any way during the class. This includes visual or verbal cues to a student. only exceptions to this are designated observation days and performances.

Parents who do not respect this policy will be given a warning. If parents receive a third warning, their student will be disenrolled from the class. The percentage of the tuition for the remainder of the workshop will be prorated and returned.

Health Policies

Terpsichora Ballet School will continue to follow the recommendations of the San Francisco Dept. of Public Health. If their policies change, we will adjust our policies accordingly.

Video and Audio recording

No video or audio recording is allowed in the Terpsichora Ballet School studio without the express written permission of the instructor.

Payment and Receipts

The email that you receive acknowledging your payment for classes in addition to your credit card or PayPal statement, or cancelled check serves as your receipt.

 

Cancellation Policies

For any multiclass workshop series, if you cancel 48 hours or more before the first class, we will refund tuition less a $50 processing fee per class. If you cancel within 24 hours after the first class meeting, we will refund half the tuition amount. No refunds are given 24 hours or more after the first class meeting.

For single classes, payment will be refunded if the student cancels the class more than 4 hours before class begins. REFUNDS FOR SINGLE CLASSES HAVE A $5.00 CANCELLATION FEE.

Terpsichora Ballet School is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and rehearsals on time and ready to work. Repeated non-compliance without notification may result in dismissal from class without refund.

All dates, times, and programming are subject to change.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. In this instance, any tuition paid will be refunded in full.

Privacy Policy

Terpsichora Ballet School values the privacy of our students and website visitors. We collect no personally identifying information except that which users provide. This website may gather usage information collected by tracking software to gauge the effectiveness of promotional notices. Personal information about individuals and their visits to the website is never recorded.

Third parties, including Facebook, may use cookies, beacons, or other storage technologies to gather information about the impact of target ads. You may opt-out of this by visiting
